Our Willow Leaf Harness is a rich olive color leather with brown undertones. Harness leather has a polished, almost shiny finish. It scuffs easily but also buffs easily to form a rich patina over time.

This Traditional Harness leather is a 6 to 7 oz thickness and is a great balance between flexible and firm. It's soft and protective. One of the highlights of our journals is the special care taken to trim, sand, and burnish the edges. The smooth, refined edging we can get on this traditional leather is simply the best!

We use leather from North American cattle that has been carefully vegetable tanned right here in the USA. The tanning process includes a hot stuffing with waxes and oils, making it smooth, soft and beautiful.

This is durable leather that only betters with age.
